About the Role
The client is looking for a Facebook Content Creator who can turn our client’s brand story into scroll-stopping content. You’ll be the voice and lens behind the brand’s Facebook presence—ideating, writing, shooting, and publishing content that resonates with the brand’s growing community. Whether it’s a behind-the-scenes office shoot, a campaign at an event, or a thoughtful response to a customer message, your role will be all about creating meaningful, on-brand interactions.
This is a role for someone who understands the rhythm of social media, especially Meta platforms, and knows how to both spark engagement and manage it. If you’re equally strong with a camera and with your words, and you love turning ideas into content that connects, this could be your next move.
Work hours: Flexible 9:00am/10:00 am to 7:00 pm - Monday to Thursday, Saturday
Work set-up: Hybrid (Makati City)
What you’ll do
Research and ideate Facebook content strategies tailored to the brand’s audience
Stay up-to-date with Facebook trends and ad strategies to inform content direction
Write, create, and shoot content for Facebook—whether in the office or on location at events
Collaborate closely with the Founders to ensure content is aligned, timely, and impactful
Eventually manage and respond to incoming messages on the brand’s Facebook page
What You Bring
Solid knowledge of Meta platforms, including experience running Facebook ads
At least 1 year of relevant content creation or digital marketing experience
A growth mindset—receptive to feedback and eager to collaborate with founders
A startup-ready work ethic: fast-moving, hands-on, and resourceful
Clear and proactive communication skills in a remote setting
Bonus: Experience working independently as a freelancer or business owner
