Position: Video & Graphic Content Creator

Location: Unit 909, One Trium Tower, Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite | Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities:

1. Video Direction & Editing
   
   
   
   • Assist in directing and producing videos for marketing campaigns, events, and internal communications.
   
   
   • Handle end-to-end video editing—cutting, sound design, color correction, and final output.
   
   
   • Create engaging visual stories optimized for social media, YouTube, and client presentations.
   
   
   
   


2. Graphic Design
   
   
   
   • Design marketing materials such as social media posts, brochures, banners, and presentations.
   
   
   • Ensure all visuals follow Groworx’s brand guidelines while injecting creativity and innovation.
   
   
   
   


3. 3D Design & Animation
   
   
   
   • Create basic to intermediate 3D visuals and animations for promotional and branding purposes.
   
   
   • Collaborate with the team to bring concepts to life through 3D rendering and motion graphics.
   
   
   
   


4. Creative Collaboration
   
   
   
   • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and communications teams to develop campaign visuals.
   
   
   • Contribute ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and content creation.
   
   
   
   


5. Asset Management
   
   
   
   • Organize and maintain digital assets, raw footage, and project files.
   
   
   • Ensure all content is archived properly for future use and reference.
   
   
   
   


6. Continuous Improvement
   
   
   
   • Keep up with trends in multimedia production, motion design, and visual storytelling.
   
   
   • Be open to feedback and committed to continuous learning and skill development.
     
     
   
   
   
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or any related field


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)


• Basic knowledge of 3D software such as Blender or Cinema 4D is a plus


• Passion for storytelling, strong visual sense, and attention to detail


• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines


• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset


• Willing to render overtime 


• Amenable to travel for vlog contents
  
  TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
  Contractor should provide own assets/gadgets:
  - Noise-cancelling headset with microphone
  - Laptop with a working webcam
  - Laptop specifications:
  > RAM: At least 8gb
  > Processor: Intel Core 5
  > Operating System: At least Microsoft Windows 11
  > Screen Size of 14 to 16 inches
  - Internet speed: Minimum of 50 mbps (Download speed)
