Account Associate Manager / Account Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, business development and/or marketing communications role, preferably within a Marketing or Communications agency
• Stakeholder relationship management
• Critical thinking / problem solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• MS suite of products, specifically PPT, Word, Excel.
• Proficiency with Gen AI tools (Writer, ChatGPT, etc.) is a plus.

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Able to inspire the creative talent to give their best.
• Confidence to work independently or in a group.
• Meticulous attention to detail
• The ability to keep a cool head and meet deadlines.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
