Job Description - Account Director (HYBRID)

JOB SUMMARY

This role is key in maintaining client relationships and influence potential growth of business and team members. He/she must use his/her experience to drive constant improvement.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

FINANCIAL STABILITY

  • Ensure in the development of the business unit’s strategy in delivering brand growth, agency revenue, talent development and resource management.
  • Responsible in overseeing financial planning, forecasting and in the delivery of the company targets
  • Generate and secure new business for the company
  • Support of account team members in developing initiatives for new business or business expansion
  • Cultivate high-level contacts within business and industry relations
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities for clients and the agency
  • Mastery of the agency’s service proposition and be able to identify potential business expansion
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow accounts
  • Pitch and develop new business opportunities

PROCESS EXCELLENCE

  • Key person supervising the excellence of projects; effectively manage and interpret Client feedback; guide/ of account team members to implement projects smoothly and effectively
  • Lead and mentor a team of account and senior account managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in managing their own client portfolios.
  • Lead the team in presentation, strategy development and sound framework and clear presentation and overall quality control to effectively present to corresponding audiences.
  • Drive the right Client briefs for internal stakeholders, mainly strategy, creative and delivery teams
  • Oversee project briefings and client approval
  • Provide creative judgement
  • Champions teamwork within the unit and between departments toward the achievement of team goals and objectives
  • Ensures quality work standards are maintained, skills and abilities are fully developed
  • Challenges current work practices and contributes original ideas to deliver better work, and improve the unit’s processes and system
  • Develop working relationships with of account team members to ensure that once briefed the campaign/ project moves forward smoothly
  • Be the first stop in resolving problems raised by with Account Managers and Senior Account Managers
  • Pushes everyone in the unit and in support groups to come up with fresh thinking and breakthrough concepts, providing necessary data, award-winning work and thought starters as inspiration.
  • Work with Accounts Head to project future account team personnel requirements and overcome any existing issues.
  • Take responsibility for management and motivation of account team members to allow them to achieve maximum potential

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

  • Responsible in ensuring Client satisfaction and handling strategic issues or problem resolution
  • Provide Clients counsel in the development of successful customer management strategies
  • Commands the respect of Clients
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Client’s business including various advertising discipline
  • Proactive engagement with client to improve existing services, in order to drive profitable Client relationships
  • Be accountable for the security of our Client’s business
  • Manage and ensure quality of our services to Clients
  • Management and handling of account team members, briefs, projects, strategies, presentation, documentation, client activity and requests, including the refinement of the above

MOTIVATION & LEARNING

  • Responsible in representing Binary Digital advertising in making sure the tam understand the agency’s strategic objectives, in executing business strategies, policies and regulations and delivery of financial targets
  • Responsible in optimizing process and co-authoring process from emerging services or new dynamics with team or brand
  • Lead in spotting emerging technologies, platforms/, consumer behavior, etc that would provide strategic digital for potential rollout thus developing a new product offering
  • Provides strategic and original thinking
  • Develop and maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors and industry.
  • Self-development to stay up to date on business and related development and providing feedback
  • Attends trainings, seminars, and courses for training and development

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor of Arts/ Management/ Business Major in Communications/ Communication Arts/ Advertising/ Marketing and other related courses
  • Four (4) to Five (5) years of solid experience in digital advertising or marketing, above-the-line marketing, brand and/or product management.
  • Collaborative, leadership, strategic, analytic, customer-centric. A good team-player who can work and lead dynamics of cross-functional teams; Good knowledge of marketing strategies, various industries; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to thrive under pressure and work independently in a fast-paced environment; Solid organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php46,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
