Job Description - Account Manager-Bpo

POSITION SUMMARY: As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading customer projects to ensure that the contracted solution is delivered and the customer is delighted. You are responsible for ensuring project goals are met and customer expectations are fulfilled. In this role you must have a strong account management background and have excellent problem solving skills. You must have a solid understanding of project management fundamentals and must be comfortable communicating with senior leadership verbally and in writing. You should be able to work across different time zones and willing to travel to support 1-3 customers in Asia. SALARY: 60 - 75K

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Establish Serve as the point of contact for all customer account management matters 2.Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. active users, engagement, revenue, SLAs)
3.Be LotusFlare’s ‘eyes and ears’ at the client’s office to understand the org structure, new projects, budgeting cycles, KPIs, etc.
4.Develop and maintain trusted, strong and long-lasting relationships with key account stakeholders and executive sponsors Proactively identify minor delivery issues and step in to address them before they become big issues (escalations)
5.Work cross-functionally with LotusFlare product, Account Manager and technical colleagues to accomplish customer goals and deliver on commitments, on-time and to a high quality standard
6.Prioritize client requests, trouble tickets or escalations for LF resolutionThrough your efforts, customers will derive maximum value from their investments using LF products & services, leading to project success, retention, and renewal.
7.Track invoices, POs, SOWs or contract renewal paperwork Prepare regular reports on account status to communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
8.Work independently and proactively with minimal supervision
9.Help drive customer references and case studies
10Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow new opportunities within the account (land and expand)

REQUIREMENTS:
1.5+ experience in Account Management, Project Management, Management Consulting, Sales, Business Development, or similar role
2.3+ years of experience working in the enterprise software or telecommunications industry
3.You are a digital savvy individual that knows the latest digital technologies and trends; you enjoy to experiment and are open to integrating new digital technologies in everyday work.
4.Experience in delivering products against a plan in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined, and often ambiguous environment
5.Experience working independently to design, plan, and deliver projects. You like to get things done.
6.Comfortable with SLAs, contracts, POs, invoices and the ‘nuts and bolts’ of commercial engagement for enterprise software projects
7.Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written English)
8.Experience with cross-organizational communication; excellent written and verbal communication skillsFlexible to be able to work in global time zones as needed.
