Job Description - Account Supervisor

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Align event expenditure with event budget.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure adherence to event plans and budget.
  • Conduct project closure sessions with clients.
  • Develop event communication plans that are effective in delivering event key messages.
  • Develop event floor plans with internal stakeholders based on clients' requirements.
  • Develop event proposals according to clients' requirements.
  • Develop project budgets for approval by different stakeholders.
  • Develop project plans to execute events.
  • Develop recommendations for project plans including risk management plans.
  • Lead discussion with clients to understand event scope and objectives.
  • Liaise with clients on invoicing and payment matters to ensure timely settlement.
  • Manage acquisition of event speakers.
  • Manage any escalated issues as well as deviations to the project plans.
  • Manage financial budgets that are aligned with departmental work plans.
  • Present event proposals to management and clients for approval.
  • Propose department's financial budgets for management approval.
  • Recommend measures to improve event management and outcomes.
  • Recommend selection of venues to hold the events based on clients' requirements with internal stakeholders.
  • Resolve all project issues and deviations to ensure that projects are executed as planned.
  • Review project deliverables to ensure that project plans are followed.
QUALIFICATIOS:
  • Graduate of bachelor's degree in events management, PR, marketing or hospitality management or any similar course.
  • Someone who was at least 2 years' experience as an Account/Project Management for events.
  • Can do hybrid Setup
  • Can travel and report on the field where events are held. And warehouse at San Pedro, Laguna and main office in Paranaque City.
