Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage the payroll and our company's financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of transactions
• Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide insights for decision-making
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulation.
• Process payroll for employees accurately and on time.
• Calculate wages, deductions, and withholdings

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience as an Accountant / Bookkeeper / Payroll Specialist or similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
