Accountant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Smart Communications is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accountant to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Associate Level Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable - Prepare and maintain financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets - Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes - Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data - Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management - Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards - Assist with audits and financial reporting as needed - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and procedures

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles - CPA certification preferred - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and passionate personality traits - People management and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
