Sidenote, we’re looking for volleyball players to join our team!
You will be responsible for assisting our client’s auditors and accountant in essential accounting functions. You will also be responsible for preparing invoices and financial reports. We would need you to have in-depth knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles. You will be working under the direct supervision of our client’s accountant.
Prepare accounts payable and receivable invoices.
Perform the basic accounting functions.
Assist with the preparation of tax returns.
Analyze the client’s financial records.
Correct any inaccuracies and errors.
Perform reconciliations of all the reports
Supervise and track incomes and expenses.
Validate bank accounts.
Perform data entry and word processing.
Work in collaboration with our client’s accountants and auditors.
Adhere to all the accounting rules and regulations.
Task focus on Transaction Reconciliation, Expenses Review and Tax Accounting.
Proven experience working as an Accounting Associate or in a similar position in the Accounting department.
Proficiency in accounting software like Xero HubDoc.
MS Office Tools, Google and HubDocGood understanding of tax laws and regulations.
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to solve complex problems.
Phenomenal time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting or any related field.
Note: Rest Days: Sunday - Monday
