ACCOUNTING MANAGER, CPA

• Possesses self-initiative in keeping with new developments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. ACCOUNTING and FINANCE

• Prepares Financial Statements for internal and external use.
• Works closely with the external auditors for annual financial audit.
• Supports annual external audit by providing information and answers to auditors.
• Ensures compliance with required external and internal controls.
• Reviews balance sheet, general ledger accounts and income statement schedules.
• In charge of supervising accounting professionals. Directs the works of Accountants and Warehouse Assistant/ Custodians.
• Oversees month-end posting entries and other related concerns of Accountants & Warehouse Team
• Generates and maintains accounting reports and documentations
• Assists department heads (specifically sales departments) in understanding financial results.
• Reviews and approves the Journal Entry generated in the system before posting to General Ledger.
• Evaluates staffs’ performances semi-annually for Rank & File and annually for OIC and Supervisor

B . WAREHOUSE

• Assists in ensuring Warehouse ISO accreditation and compliance.
• Oversees responsibilities of Warehouse staff.
• Assists in ensuring proper control and implementation of Warehouse procedures to achieve target objectives.
• Assists reviewing and in approval of the Purchase Order made by the Purchasing Department through the system.
• Assists in posting items purchased and received in Inventory Receipts and Accounts Payable Module.
• Assists when there are additional inventory items to input in the system.
• Assists in approving delivery receipt/withdrawal slip prepared by Sales Accountant.
