Accounting Specialist

We are looking for Accounting Specialists (2) to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team.

Accounting Specialists responsibilities include managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into our internal databases and reconciling invoices.

• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
• Create and update expense reports
• Process reimbursement forms
• Enter financial transactions into internal databases
• Check spreadsheets for accuracy
• Maintain digital and physical financial records
• Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
• Participate in quarterly and annual audits

Accounting Specialists responsibilities include managing the financial reports and inventory. One will be assigned to Makati, while the other one is on Fairview Quezon City.

. Requirements:

• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
• Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Aptitude for numbers
• Well organized
• Can start ASAP
