Accounting Specialist

• The position is responsible for posting and processing of payments as well as other related activities ensuring financial accountability are updated, vendors, suppliers, Principals are paid in a timely and appropriate manner within established time limit, and strict confidentiality and privacy of financial records as they relate to the organization and its customers.
• The role is also expected to maintain ledgers, debit balances, and resolves account irregularities. It also includes administering adjustments, and any other accounting transactions related to A/P management.
• Knowledge on accounting principles and processes.
• Knowledge in accounting database system.
• Knowledge in Record Management and Tax rules and regularizations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Accounting or Financial Management
• Fresh graduate
