Job Highlights

Job Description

• Analyze accounting data to ensure accurate accounting records
• Prepare, verify, and, organize the information required for the preparation of monthly client reports, management reports, and other financial reports
• Responsible for Procure to Pay Process including but not limited to Accounts Payable and Payments
• Responsible for Record to Report Process including but not limited to month-end entries
• Maintenance of various finance monitoring files
• Handles business transactions with speed and accuracy in order to complete the payment processing within a reasonable time to avoid delays and penalties
• Develop and maintain a filing system for financial information, records, and documents to ensure complete and available information
• Conducts regular reconciliation of advances and deposits.
• Perform cash management functions and oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash disbursements, and payroll and bank reconciliation functions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Business Administration, Finance, or other related courses
• Working knowledge of accounting practices
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot table, VLook Up, etc.)
• Strong Analytical and financial reporting skills
• Knowledge of using various accounting software
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Must be willing to work onsite in BGC
