Will be responsible for providing technical and operational leadership across accounting functions of the ultimate parent company to ensure that these are consistent with the company’s goal. He/She is expected to operationalize accounting systems and processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reports that adhere to government requirements, management reports and financial insights in aid of decision-making and assist in the preparation of SEC disclosure requirements for a listed company.

The role will collaborate with counterparts to ensure alignment of process, policies and timelines among the business units, coordinate with external auditors to ensure a smooth financial audit, and mentor and develop the accounting team fostering a growth mindset.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS 

• At least 5 years experience as a Sr. Accounting Manager in a corporate setting
• Must either be a CPA, CFA, CMA or similar certifications
• Experience in SEC Financial Reporting, preferably in a public listed company, including finance and accounting, budgeting, financial consolidation reporting financial planning and analysis
• Strong leadership/people-handling skills
• Highly analytical with a strong business sense
• Technology savvy; able to use productivity tools and ERP
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
