Shift: Night Shift (US Time) work Set-up: Hybrid (1-2 days WFH/week) Location: Buendia, Makati Qualifications: Valid CPA License At least 3 years of experience in AP, general accounting, or any corporate accounting as an individual contributor Experience in night shift schedules (US time of PST) Job Description Responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. Individual contributor Assists in completing ad-hoc reports as needed by management. A Working with various stakeholders to improve AP process, controls & analysis. Manage and monitor accounting procedures for compliance, coordinate and facilitate completion of requirements in any kind of audit engagement. Preparing supplier reconciliations, aging reports, and statements of accounts Processing invoices, credit card statements and employee expense reimbursements by:

• Clarifying questionable invoice/reimbursement items, prices or receiving signatures.
• Obtaining proper information and data regarding invoice payments.
• Verifying and calculating all extensions and totals on invoices.
• Checking vendor files for any previous payments and assigning voucher numbers.
• Maintaining copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files.
• Preparing vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amounts and coding per accounting policies and procedures.
