Accounts Payable - Remote Work

Job Description:

Puregold Price Club Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our team in a remote work position based in Quezon City, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in accounts payable roles. This role offers a full-time opportunity with the flexibility of remote work.

Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of accounts payable processes, including processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and resolving discrepancies - Ensure timely and accurate payment of all invoices and expenses - Maintain vendor relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders - Perform analysis on accounts payable data and provide insights for process improvements - Innovate and streamline accounts payable processes to increase efficiency and accuracy - Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts payable roles - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong analytical skills and ability to innovate in process improvement - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
