Job Summary:

Provides updated vendors’ account, validate the accuracy of expense recording, observe tax compliance and ensures timely posting of transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Financial / Transaction Recording and Management
• Comprehensive Financial and Statutory Reports
• Payments / Settlements Management
• Other ad hoc tasks as required by the job.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• With experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, general accounting, statutory filing, business systems and policy making
• With knowledge in Philippine Taxation, statutory reports, filling and deadline (PSE, BIR, SSS,PHIC, HDMF)
• High level of computer literacy especially Microsoft applications
• Knowledgeable in Financial and Management Accounting
• Keen to details and has instant grasp on process orientation
• With personality to communicate and coordinate accordingly with vendors and internal customers.
• Has sense of urgency and accountability
• Knows how to observe policies and procedures esp. on given instructions.
