Certified Public Accountant

Job Requirements:

• Accountancy graduate from a reputable college / university and has good scholastic records, preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• At least 8 years of experience in accounting-related works, two (2) years of which is Financial Analyst, preferably in the real estate business, Audit experience is a plus
• Exceptional verbal and communication skills
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and has experience in integrated financial systems
• Basic knowledge of financial modelling, forecasting and capital budgeting
• Familiarity with real estate business, AMLA and Data Privacy
• Has Analytical and inquisitive mind
• Computer literate
• Trustworthy

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for financial studies. This includes planning, data sourcing and analyses, forecasting, recommendation , and action plans involving the company, residential, commercial, mixed use, and other relevant studies.

2. Proactively and closely coordinates works with Project Team with regard to the project and other relevant studies.

3. Reviews and evaluates the financial planning, analysis, and controls developments.

4. Reviews spreadsheets for creating, displaying , and reproducing financial models (e.g. what-if scenarios) and standard templates, charts, graphs, tables, exhibits, and other models relative to the projects and advise management accordingly.
