As a Credit Support Manager I, you will be responsible in managing the credit underwriting team.
Job Responsibilities
-You will be responsible for managing, coordinating and directing the daily operations of non-exempt staff members, assigning their work and setting workflow priorities, introducing them to new procedures and tracking their performance.
- You will also be responsible for meeting and exceeding company standards for productivity, quality, time in process and internal customer satisfaction.
Required skills, Qualifications and Capabilities
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, strong analytical, judgment skills and strong leadership skills needed.
-Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment as well as knowledge of bank systems and loan/credit operations needed.
-Results-oriented team player with a high level of proficiency in organizing, priority-setting, and issues management a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in Accounting preferred. Bachelor degrees in Business, Finance, or Economics are acceptable with at least 5 years prior credit underwriting experience.
-Manila CPA Certification and prior business credit experience preferred.
