Job description
· Check payroll deposit, financial statements, accounts payable, account analysis, accruals, year-end audits.
· Manage and monitor accounting procedures for compliance and coordinate and facilitate external audit requirements.
· Assist Corporate Finance Manager with cash flow, preparing financial statement, and report to accounting Group Head.
· Analyze and evaluate various financial and operational business controls.
· Reconcile complex general ledgers accounts, verifying accurate GL balances and ensuring proper and relevant support documentation.
· Assist in Corporate Team and coordinating with designated manager in sites.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or any equivalent
· Have at least 1 to 2 years experience in related field.
· Experience in Hotel industry is advantage.
· With strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
· Detail-oriented
· Good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively throughout the organization.
· Well versed in MS Office and accounting system
