Account & Relationship Management (Sales)
- Customer understanding: Should understand how the customer thinks and what they needed from where at what price point, should be a story teller
- Solution Sales Acumen: Should have exceptional talent to align solutions to the needs and problems of the customers resulting to customer acquisition. Should also be able to demonstrate value of the solutions even after acquisition.
- Growth Mindset: Should be motivated to grow despite setbacks. Should have out of the box thinking, resulting in amazing marketing campaigns to engage customers
- Conversational Fluency in English & Local Language
- Ability to work long and odd hours. Flexible (fine working on weekends if work requires it)
- Attention to detail - doesn’t miss out on small details, asks probing questions to understand under-lying issues and go deeper into the problem
- Ability to prioritise - Plan, deploy resources efficiently: prioritize multiple operations in the field and know which one to focus on.
- Data Orientation - ability to interpret date sets and report understanding skills. Should know what data to see and ask to improve things
- Willing to travel to provinces outside of home base
- Problem solving skills – Issue resolution and crisis management
- Self-motivated / proactive – acts without being told what to do
- Adaptable and Agile – ability to stay flexible and cope effectively with change
- Shouldn’t have second thought in getting his hands dirty, always ready to hustle and solve problems.

- Negotiation Skills: Should either have a great previous experience to talk about
