Junior Accountant

What we are looking for: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Accountant. As a vital member of our finance department, you will assist in various accounting tasks and gain valuable experience in financial management and reporting. What you’ll be doing: 1. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. 2. Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy in entries. 3. Assist in the preparation of payroll for employees. 4. Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable ledger accounts. 5. Prepare invoices, process payments, and assist in collections as necessary. 6. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. 7. Support month-end and year-end close processes. 8. Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining financial records. 9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. 10. Assist with financial audits by providing necessary documentation and information. 11. Stay updated on accounting principles and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards. Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Must be a CPA board passer
3. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets.
5. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Prior internship or work experience in accounting or finance is a plus, but not required.
10. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
