Key
Responsibilities
Account management. Regular visit, maintaining good relations, negotiation, attendingto (and serving) dealers’ needs and initiating mutually-beneficial deals. Represents Electrolux at meetings and/or special functions whenever necessary.
Responsible for assigned account’s sales forecasting, planning and implementation thereof.
Lead in Sell-out and cooperation fund initiative with the dealer.
Co-develop with Trade Marketing and Marketing Team and implement trade marketing plans and sales promotion campaign for assigned account.
Initiate, plan, develop, coordinate, and execute sales policies and programs for assigned account.
Coordinate with partner manpower agency in ensuring promoters will achieve the sell-out targets.
Ensures proper observance of RPS, Merchandising Standards (POSM, Visual Merchandising, and product display) on the shop floor.
Qualifications,
Experience and Competencies
Completion of college degree preferably in Marketing, Business Management or related course.
Preferably with masters degree.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience preferably gained from the appliance industry and exhibits leadership potential;
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Consumer behavior understanding
Customer Relations Management
