Key Account Sales Manager

• Play a key role in generating sales and revenue by creating and managing sales activities for modern trade and project accounts
• Create and execute sales for the assigned accounts
• Analyze sales statistics and evaluate promotions 
• Update market and competitors’ situation to ensure company’s competitiveness
• Strengthen business relationship with the buyer team.
• Work with Customer Operations Team to manage the sell out /stock in the store
• Build and maintain good customer relationship with the assigned accounts to ensure good reputation of brand and products
• Prepare presentations, proposals, sales contracts and the relevant documents
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and supply chain team, to ensure that sales forecast accuracy KPI is achieved

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in modern trade sales or project sales for construction materials 
• Analytical skills, creative and team working
• Fluent in English communication both oral and written.
• Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
• Willing to travel from to time
