New Accounts Staff

• Handles approval of online account applications/checking of account-opening information and requirements in a timely manner
• Educates customers on available products and services of COL and assists them from the application phase all the way to their first trade
• Handles all communication with customers using Sales communication channels
• Attends to walk-in customers and have an efficient queuing time
• Supports the conduct of sales and marketing campaigns, programs, events, and/or functions

New Accounts Staff Responsibilities:

• Handles approval of online account applications/checking of account-opening information and requirements in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing or any business-related program
• Preferably with at least 2 years related work experience in sales or customer support; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Team player and highly organized
• Eager to learn and can handle working on different tasks with minimum supervision
• Knowledge of the capital markets industry is an advantage
• Must be willing to work on a hybrid work set up at Ortigas, Pasig City
