Scope:

• Core Activity: Collections and Payroll Activities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collect outstanding amounts based on final processing and any other recoveries
• Sending out of recovery notice
• Assist Labor Employment in providing required documents for any filed DOLE/NLRC cases
• Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of meeting targets, call quality and customer satisfaction
• Keeping records of all collection activity
• Submit regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts and any repayment progress
• Negotiating settlements
• Develop effective repayment plan
• Recommend collection improvement measure
• Address former/active employee queries through, call, mail and cases
• Support business initiatives and payroll activities as assigned by the manager
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any subject
• Minimum 1 year of experience in collection (voice)
• Extensive work experience within own function
• Proven excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Proven well versed with Microsoft Office EXCEL, mail merge, etc.
• Proven excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
