Post responsibilities

1. Mainly responsible for customer development in Philippine, visiting regional markets, maintaining customer contact frequency, maintaining customer relations and determining basic needs (Visit existing customers to find out the existing problems, find out the secondary purchase demand and accessories demand; keep in touch with industry associations to expand the contact channels; keep in touch with relevant agricultural departments to expand the corresponding channels; connect with the platform's marketers and above to determine the establishment of channels and the review and filtering of business opportunities)

2. Front and rear cooperation, continuous follow-up of customer needs, guidance of customer needs, and completion of new signings

(Establish business leads and other processes through reviewed business opportunities and cooperating business personnel, track important business opportunities together with cooperating business personnel, form a project team according to the size of business opportunities, and negotiate contracts together until the completion of signing)

3. Assist in completing various forms (three major reviews, CRM) according to the company's project review requirements (provide basic data and cooperate with business personnel to complete various processes according to the company's various form requirements)

4. Assist in project implementation and improve delivery quality (Assist the project manager and customers to solve the problems in the project implementation process, appease the customers' emotions, propose solutions and improve the delivery quality)

5. Complete the content required for market insight, customer needs, friend dynamics, product competitiveness, and provide detailed data, (Complete the basic data collection and analyze and form a report according to the market insight needs.)

6. Submit the market planning report according to the market demand (according to the strategy and market demand, submit the market activity demand report, magazine, newspaper, observation meeting, customer special exchange meeting)
