Key Responsibilities: Account Management:

• Understand and manage responsibilities for client accounts.
• Participate in client meetings, presenting reports and updates.
• Maintain open communication with leads, providing project updates and addressing issues.
• Develop PR communication strategies for clients.
• Improve the progress of client campaigns.

• Conduct industry and client research for presentations and editorial needs.
• Monitor news stories relevant to clients and competitors.
• Collaborate with the media relations team to track industry developments.
• Prepare comprehensive publicity reports and share with clients.
• Cultivate relationships with media professionals through various events.
• Create media invites for client events and contribute to event planning.
• Ensure effective event management for client campaigns.
• Demonstrate creativity in project execution and vendor engagement.
• Establish connections with industry professionals and influencers.
• Assist in crafting strategies for client accounts, based on research and trends.
• Facilitate regular client meetings and contribute insights.
• Support the agency in meeting client deliverables.

• Ideally, possess a bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
• Has exceptional communication and writing skills.
• A people-oriented personality is highly valued.

• Proven (pre-professional or professional) experience in public relations or journalism.
• Ability to work under pressure.
