The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Client Services Account Manager who can provide ongoing support to our US clients and coordinate with our internal architect team. As an Account Manager , your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be expected to communicate directly with our clients to help solve any issues and ensure their satisfaction while they have an ongoing contract with us. A candidate for this role should be an excellent communicator, and team player, and have a problem-solving aptitude.
The candidate MUST HAVE working knowledge and background in the fields of Architecture and/or Engineering. Must be focused on Aftersales Relationships, Account Health, Client Retention and Loyalty, and building close long-term client relationships.
