Job Description - Account Manager (PH)

What we're looking for : Account Manager As our Full-Time Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront in our client relationships. This role isn't just about managing communications; it's about owning them. You'll be the guiding force, ensuring our clients' journeys are seamless. Your Mission:
Lead and inspire a team, managing 5-7 high-value eCommerce clients
Develop and execute innovative email marketing strategies using Klaviyo, setting new benchmarks for client success
Collaborate with a talented team of Copywriters and Designers to create impactful campaigns
Ensure excellent client communication to drive satisfaction and ROI, while also generating ideas and creating brief overviews for client flows
Conduct quality checks for designs to ensure they meet standards, including reviewing product titles and ensuring consistency

Questions, issues, or feedback We're here for you. Drop Zero Digital Hiring Team Requirements We Need You to Have:
At least 1 year of experience in client-facing/customer service and project/team manager roles, demonstrating your marketing flair
Availability Mon-Fri between 7am to 3pm UK time. May require occasional calls with client until 7pm UK time once per week
Fluent English skills and previous remote work experience
Familiarity with Trello, Slack, and G-Suite. Experience using Klaviyo is a plus!
A results-driven mindset with exceptional attention to detail
Quick learning and adaptability skills
A laptop or PC with a stable internet connection and a professional workspace
