Job Description:

BeamAndGo is seeking a motivated and resilient entry-level Accountant to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable. 2. Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets on a regular basis. 3. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards. 4. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial documents. 5. Work closely with other departments to provide financial guidance and support. 6. Assist in the implementation of financial policies and procedures. 7. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 8. Participate in special projects as assigned by senior management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. 2. 1 year of experience in a similar role. 3. Motivated and resilient personality traits. 4. Strong project management and adaptability skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
