Accountant - Work from home

Job Description:

AllCare is seeking a motivated and experienced Accountant to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from home. As an Associate Level Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities: - Manage all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger - Prepare financial statements and reports for management - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies - Conduct audits and implement internal controls - Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and decision-making - Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounting

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting - Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptability and resourcefulness - Persuasion skills and attention to detail
