Experience:

• Possessing a minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
  
• Having a preferred college degree, although not required.
  
• Possessing preferred CPA certification, though not required.
  
• Knowledge of QuickBooks Online is advantageous.
  
• Proficiency in technology and regular internet access are essential for cloud-based applications.

• Categorizing transactions in client accounts daily.
  
• Generating monthly balance sheets, income statements, and various financial reports for clients.
  
• Collaborating with the Accounting Manager to deliver additional outsourced accounting services.
  
• Responding to client inquiries via email and participating in virtual meetings.
  
• Contributing to special accounting projects.
  
• Offering additional services as required.
  
• Demonstrating flexibility in this full-time position.
