Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Coins.ph is looking for a dedicated and independent Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in accounts payable. The ideal candidate should possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Process accounts payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and investigate and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments - Maintain accurate records and documentation - Assist in month-end closing processes - Assist with financial audits as necessary - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments - Provide support to the Accounting team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable - Strong understanding of accounting principles - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Cooperation and leadership skills
