Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Grab Philippines is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon. As an Associate Level Accounts Payable specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions and ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports - Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receipts - Prepare and execute payment runs - Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions - Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies - Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting - Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and efficiency - Adhere to company policies and procedures related to accounts payable - Support internal and external audits as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively - Hardworking and resilient attitude
