Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Peddlr is seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable at our office in Davao City, Philippines. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in accounting or finance who is looking to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities: - Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents - Prepare and issue payments to vendors and suppliers - Reconcile accounts payable transactions - Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date - Resolve invoice discrepancies - Assist with month-end closing processes - Generate financial reports related to accounts payable - Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding payments and billing inquiries - Assist with ad-hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in accounting or finance - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel - Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks, SAP) - Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
