Remote Accounts Receivable

We are looking for a passionate and independent Remote Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team at GMA Network Inc. in Davao City, Philippines. As an Associate Level employee, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations - Communicate with clients to resolve billing issues and ensure timely payments - Monitor accounts to identify past due balances and take appropriate actions - Prepare monthly financial reports related to accounts receivable - Assist with audits and provide documentation as needed - Work closely with internal teams to improve billing processes and ensure accuracy

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Personality traits: - Passionate about finance and accounting - Independent and able to work remotely with minimal supervision

Soft skills: - Critical thinking to analyze financial data and identify trends - Communication to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
