Job Description:

Great Deals E-commerce Corporation is seeking a dedicated and confident Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Pasig, NCR, Philippines. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments.

Responsibilities: - Review and reconcile customer accounts to ensure all payments are applied correctly - Generate and send out invoices to customers - Follow up on overdue payments and resolve any discrepancies - Process credit card payments and handle any chargebacks - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing issues - Prepare weekly and monthly reports on accounts receivable status - Assist in month-end closing procedures - Maintain accurate records of all transactions - Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel - Experience with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
