Accounts Receivable

Job Description: BeamAndGo is seeking a highly motivated and resilient Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to customers - Follow up on overdue payments and communicate with customers to resolve outstanding issues - Reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies - Prepare and analyze aging reports - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate invoicing - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions - Assist in month-end closing activities - Provide support to the finance team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role - Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Emotional intelligence and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy - Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
