Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

mClinica is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. This is a full-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and negotiation skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Process incoming payments from clients and customers - Monitor accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances - Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies - Communicate with clients regarding payment status and overdue accounts - Prepare and send out invoices - Reconcile accounts receivable reports to ensure accuracy - Assist with month-end closing processes - Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable - Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable - Strong attention to detail and organization skills - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
