Job Description:

Machine Ventures is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a key member of the finance department, the Accounts Receivable Associate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and cash application.

Responsibilities: - Reviewing and verifying invoices for accuracy - Issuing invoices to customers - Tracking and monitoring payments from customers - Reconciling accounts receivable ledger - Following up on overdue payments - Resolving any discrepancies or billing issues - Providing customer service regarding billing inquiries and payment discrepancies - Generating financial reports related to accounts receivable - Collaborating with other departments to resolve any outstanding issues

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and passionate about delivering results - Critical thinking skills
