Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and confident individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable at GMA Network Inc. in Davao City, Davao, PH. This is an entry-level position with no years of experience required, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in finance.

Responsibilities: 1. Process and monitor incoming payments from clients. 2. Reconcile accounts to ensure all payments are accurately recorded. 3. Generate invoices and statements for clients. 4. Follow up on overdue payments and resolve any discrepancies. 5. Assist with month-end closing procedures. 6. Collaborate with internal departments to address any billing or payment issues. 7. Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions. 8. Prepare reports on accounts receivable status.

Requirements: 1. Confident and motivated individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent cooperation skills to work effectively with team members and clients. 3. Demonstrated leadership abilities to take charge of tasks and projects. 4. High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred but not required).
