Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

KMC Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable associate to join our team. This is a full-time remote position, so you can work from the comfort of your own home located in Parañaque, NCR, PH. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain customer accounts including invoicing, processing payments, and reconciling accounts receivable on a daily basis - Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with customer invoices or payments - Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts, contacting customers via phone or email to secure payments - Prepare and analyze reports on accounts receivable aging and collection status - Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions - Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding accounts receivable inquiries

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Reliable and adaptable personality traits - Strong problem-solving and planning skills
