AU Financial Accountant

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AU Financial Accounting professional with expertise in Netsuite and consolidated financials. This is a vital role within our organization as it ensures the accuracy and integrity of our financial records and reports. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to analyze financial data to support informed decision-making.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the general ledger and perform monthly and year-end closing activities
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements for multiple entities
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and potential risks or opportunities
• Maintain and reconcile intercompany accounts and transactions
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in Australian Client or AU Company
• CA/CPA qualified or equivalent (Optional)
• Experience with Netsuite is an advantage.
• Excellent in Microsoft excel and Microsoft WORD skills.
• Has Prior experience drafting consolidated financial statements.
• Has Prior experience drafting financials for not for profits beneficial but not required.
• Knowledge of IFRS/ Australian Accounting Standards
• Must be a confident and good English communication.
• Reliable internet connection & home office setup. (Preferably i5 specs and 60 MBPS speed.)
• Can start ASAP.

Job Type: Full-time Salary Offer: From Php28,000.00 per month and up + Benefits: Work from home Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: Yearly bonus Experience: AU Client: 3 years (Preferred) Netsuite: 1 year (Preferred) Drafting Consolidated Financial Statements: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: CPA (Preferred)
