Online Accounts Payable

Job description:

San Miguel Brewery Inc. is currently seeking an Online Accounts Payable Associate to join our finance team in Pasig, NCR, PH. This is a full-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Process online invoices and payments accurately and efficiently - Manage vendor accounts and address any issues or discrepancies - Reconcile accounts and resolve any payment discrepancies - Generate and distribute various reports related to accounts payable - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate payment processing - Stay up to date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Proven experience in accounts payable or finance role - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Emotional intelligence and creativity in problem-solving
