Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Online Accounts Payable Associate to join our team at Balikbayad in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for managing the online accounts payable process for our company. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities: - Review and process online invoices and payments in a timely manner - Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records - Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payments - Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries - Maintain organized records and documentation - Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting - Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and procedures

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in accounts payable or related field - Hardworking and driven individual - Strong critical thinking skills - High level of emotional intelligence - Excellent attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Good communication and interpersonal skills
