Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Pushkart.ph is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Receivable Associate in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the online accounts receivable process, ensuring timely payments, and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities: - Review and reconcile online transactions to ensure accuracy - Generate and send invoices to customers - Follow up on outstanding balances and communicate with customers regarding payment - Work closely with the finance team to resolve any billing discrepancies - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions - Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable - Provide support for audits and financial reporting as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or related role - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Must be driven, energetic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
