Job Description - Senior Account Manager

Position :15553991721 - B2B Sales Admin Work Hours :USD 9AM to 5PM M-F Salary Range :$900-$1500 ( Depending on the interview result and client's approval) Overview of the role: RIPL Goods, an impact-focused promotional products company, is seeking a driven, personable B2B Business Development and Account Manager to join our fast-growing company. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new corporate partners and managing existing key accounts. Further details:

  • Must be comfortable working LA working hours when needed
Primary responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Follow up with existing and prospective clients to make sales
  • Handle in-bound queries about the product line
  • Conduct outbound sales efforts via cold calls, emails, social media and other channels to connect with potential new clients
  • Present and negotiate proposals
  • Service established accounts by maintaining frequent communication, processing orders and renewals, and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Track all prospect interactions and pipeline metrics using CRM and sales tools
Secondary responsibilities: Perform administrative tasks such as invoicing customers, paying supplier invoices, and updating the Notion board with new sales inquiries Requirements
  • 7+ years in B2B account management servicing US clients. Ideally this would be in the promotional products industry
  • Superb relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized, reliable, friendly and likeable
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Experience with the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Proficiency with tools like CRM software, Slack and Notion
  • Proactive and highly motivated
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field preferred
  • Fluency in English at a conversational level, confidence having wide ranging professional phone conversations
  • Should be happy with working independently
  • Own laptop, workspace and high speed internet connection
  • Ability to work on LA time when required
