Senior Accountant - AU

Work schedule:

• Mon-Fri, 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid Work Arrangement (1-2 days per month onsite)

Office: 

• Makati or Alabang

What you'll be doing:

• Will directly communicate with the client via email and call.
• Perform bookkeeping (bank reconciliation) and payroll clients using Xero.
• Perform EOM closing and management reporting.
• Perform clean up catch up of client accounts.
• Prepare business activity statements.
• Perform pre-checks and special purpose financial statements (SPFR) of tax return client accounts.
• Prepare tax returns such as company (CTR), individual (ITR), trust (TTR) and partnership (PTR).

What will make you a great fit:

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate.
• CPA (preferable).
• Has at least 2 - 3 years of Australian Bookkeeping/Compliance experience using Xero accounting software.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, in a highly automated environment, with strict monthly reporting deadlines.
• Is willing to extend himself beyond the immediate demands of the assignment and to accept new responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Keen to details and highly organized.
• Demonstrate flexibility and resourcefulness in handling client's problems.
• Has experience in reviewing and evaluating tasks of other team members.
• Demonstrate potential leadership, sound business judgment, and administrative capability.
