Job Description

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, preferably with sufficient working experience & training in the same field of accounting.

· Knows how to prepare payroll, financial and BIR reports.

· In-depth understanding of Audit field, SAP software and CPA is a PLUS

· Willing to be assigned in Tagumpay Cubao, Quezon City

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for daily checking and approval of outgoing payments (disbursement) posting in SAP. These include payment to foreign and local suppliers, payment of government remittances (SSS, HDMF & PHILHEALTH) and purchase of foreign currencies

· Prepares monthly bank reconciliation fo ABC (14 Banks), Condor (1Bank) and AATI (1Bank). Semi-monthly and final pay computation of employees’

· Posts/creates journal entries of payroll, per diem, sales commission and loan amortizations etc.

· Uploading of payments of payroll, incentives and commissions thru on-line banking

· Filing of monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns thru EFPS

· Monitors the payments and prepares documentary requirements for the renewal of Business Permits and real property taxes

· Review the petty cash fund replenishment, reimbursement and liquidation reports

· Summarized Alpha list of withholding tax at source creditable tax withheld of BIR form 2307 for attachment to quarterly and annual Income tax returns

· Accountable in accounting requirements of other companies (Condor & AATI – no operations). Also, other duties as assigned from time to time
